The ARDITEX CL and ARDEX MVS 95 products make floor laying and installation a breeze with how easy they are to use. ARDEX MVS 95 comes already mixed and needs to be applied in 2 coats. The first coat can be dried in as little as 30-60 minutes. When the 1st coat is touch dry, you can apply the second coat. Apply this coat at right angles to the first, and allow to dry up to 60 minutes. Then you can apply the ARDITEX CL directly without priming. After 12 or so hours, you can then lay your LVT, laminate, carpet or any other flooring that you want. ARDITEX CL and ARDEX MVS 95 are designed to work together to control residual construction moisture in your floors. On floors that contain a functioning structural damp proof membrane where you have moisture readings above 75% RH, you will need to use a moisture vapour suppressant.
