I’m having issues scanning a receipt or invoice. What should I do?

Scanning receipts and invoices through the GivBax Rewards app is simple but we know that sometimes technology doesn’t always work as expected!

If you are having problems, for example scanning or taking a photo of an invoice but nothing happens and no points are added to your account, in the first instance we advise reading our guide on how to upload an invoice and best practice for a good upload.
