I received my SMS code and it’s expired. Is it possible to get a new code or add points back to my account?

We have a two-week window for cash withdrawals for member security, after which time any points from unclaimed rewards can be manually added back to your account balance.

Alternatively, we can re issue a new SMS code for the same amount and you can proceed with your cash withdrawal as planned.
